I am a Senior Industrial Chemist, with a Ph.D. Doctorate in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technologies. I have also a MBA Master in Business Management and Administration, with 25 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, having worked as project manager in 6 different countries. I am energetic, very flexible, passionate for engineering, organized and a natural team leader. I can speak English and Spanish as mother tongues, fluid French and German.
I am a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by DuPont and specialized in Project Management. Being a consultant, I have worked in several missions of Interim Senior Management in Belgium, the last one as the Rubens Project Manager for Henkel in Drogenbos.

At Greenseal Chemicals I was fully responsible for the entire company, including P&L.
At Henkel, I worked as Rubens Project Manager for the Engineering and New Plant Start-up during 2014-2015. I was completely responsible of the Rubens Project, for budget, resources and timeline. The objective of the Rubens Project was 3 fold:
1. Increase Capacity of the Drogenbos Site by:
a. Debottlenecking of existing manufacturing plant
b. Start-up of a new production line
2. Consolidate the production of 3 European plants into Drogenbos Site
3. Closure of the Monsanto plant in Antwerp
At Lawter, I worked as European Business Development Manager and was fully responsible for the Technology Transfer from Harima Chemicals in Japan to the Lawter manufacturing plants in Kallo (Belgium) and Maastricht (Holland).
At Johnson & Johnson MEDICAL DEVICES (Courcelles, Belgium) and at Janssen PHARMACEUTICA SA (La Louvière) I worked as Global Change Manager for the RADIUS Project. I was responsible for the change management of operations and sustainability of the European Distribution and Logistic Activities of the sites of Courcelles (Johnson & Johnson) and La Louvière (Janssen) for the European Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals businesses. Main sustainability achievements involved Supply Chain Lean Management, Automation, Temperature Control, Capacity Increase, Warehouse Building Expansion, Distribution Hub Consolidation and IT systems deployment and integration (SAP eWM, Swisslog WCS, JDE).
Project Management tools used: MS Project, XPS, U-Pilot, CoC (Change of Control), TRACKWISE, ALM, Veeva TrueVault, ComplianceWire, SOURCE CD.
At UCB PHARMA SA (Braine L’Alleud, Belgium) my role is Global Serialization Sustainability Manager
Worked as sustainability domain Leader in UCB’s global serialization program following the existing regulation roadmap and governance model. Assured that the UCB standards are respected in any serialization project. Created a robust tracking system for the management of serialization incidents. Ensured program harmonization and sustainability. Identified and assessed gaps in the existing processes, adapted existing or developed new processes to embed serialization efficiently in the business as usual. Developed a strategy for sustainability of serialization with impact analysis on processes, organization, documentation, etc.
