As job holder, my mission is liaise and work with the internal stakeholder and define, set up and implement a robust process to allow the smooth quotation and then invoicing of the work each time a need is expressed by the French Air Force. - Contribute and lead the development of the process, managing and following the contribution of the different stakeholders and COCs such as TASW/TASS/TASM (departments involved in the process) - Aligned with the financial department then I create the prices for the offers that I subsequently send to the client - Make sure that the each dedicated stakeholder provide on time and on quality the necessary information such as material costs, labour, man hours, hourly rate in line with the latest AMSL agreement with OCCAR on price transparency and that Profit and Risk are in line with TASA objectives - Monitor the progress of the Working Party activities. Make sure that at job completion necessary information are available for invoicing and monitor budget

I´m familiar with managing sales and marketing departments and I´ve always worked creating a good environment and an orientation to meet all the objectives. I have experience as sale of offers for repair and maintenance of aircraft A400M for the French army at Airbus. I also have experience in BBVA investment banking, taking care of German futures in and affirmation of operations for the entire European market. And I also worked for Repsol taking care of the oil circulating and trading for all international ships that transport merchandise from one country to another.
Right now, I´m looking for a job while working at my own events company. I have been in charge of carrying out various projects such as 3x3 tournaments, campus basketball, triathlon, trail running races and open water swim races. My tasks are:
- Administrative personnel management.
- Recruitment and staff selection.
- Staff analysis and performance evaluation.
- Description and remuneration of the jobs to be performed by employees.
- Get sponsors.
- Financing to promote each event.
- Customer acquisition.
- Attend meetings with councilors and mayors of the municipalities involved in each event.
- Marketing and advertising activities
But I want to be part of a company with great challenges in which I can develop all my experience and above all, acquire more and work with people who contribute new ideas and together we get all the objectives that are set.
