• Completing the list of data analysis protocols that is shared with them on a monthly basis and report
the results to the IT Team.
• Regularly checking dashboard and reporting portal for data analysis and to identify any technical or
data glitches.
• Assisting DMOs in preparing the presentations of Pre-DSC / DSCmeetings.
• Keeping record of all the important indicators and problematic schools of each month.
Coordination with District Offices such as DEO Office, DC Office, SDEOs and ASDEOs and
responding to their data needs regarding EMA’s data.
• Timely complaints redressal of Pakistan Citizen Portal on issues regarding district education.
• Timely reply to emails and queries from the Head Office, DEO office and other stakeholders.
